1. Consumer Rights

2. Custom Products
- Embroidery and Customizations: Personalized products, including items with embroidered names or logos, are generally not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product has customization errors or manufacturing defects, you can request a refund or replacement.
3. Return Procedure
To request a refund for a defective product:

5. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on customized products that do not have manufacturing defects or customization errors.
